Spring Evaluations are upon us!

The GWMLL will be holding Spring 2022 Evaluations for baseball & softball players league age 8 to league age 12. (Baseball Juniors see below)

Where: Max K Rodes Park - Baseball Field 3 & Softball Field 1

Who: All players League age 8 to League age 12 are required by Little League to Evaluate each Spring to ensure proper placement in the league based on skill level. Players that do not attend an evaluation will not be placed in the draft. There is no need for players registered for Tball or players under the age of 8 to attend. 

When: Saturday, 1/15/2022

Time slots: Below is a LINK to a sign up sheet. We're asking that you enter your players name in 1 of the 5 time slots so that we can manage the crowds and ensure that no one has to wait longer than necessary:

1. Please pick any AVAILABLE time slot regardless of league age (8 to 11) and enter your player's name.
2. Please plan to arrive 15 before the time that you pick to check in and receive your evaluation number.
3. Please bring your equipment (glove, bat, batters helmet) Please have your player wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
4. Please have your baseball player wear a baseball cap (there will be pop flies) and softball players wear any required face or eye protection.

NOTE: League Age 12 and returning Majors players (from Spring 2021) will be evaluated from 9am to 11am - there is no need for you to pick a time. Please be there 15 minutes early to check in.

Players League Ages 8 to 11 will not be evaluated at 9am - please pick a time between 11am and 3pm with the link above.

BASEBALL JUNIORS: Evaluations for Baseball Juniors will be held on Sunday, 1/16/2022 from 3pm-5pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early to Check In. Please bring all of your equipment as there may be some live drills / game situations run through during the evaluation.

Make Up Evaluations: Sunday, 1/16/2022 from 1pm-3pm
